I was searching for life insurance online .I was searching companies for the cheapest quote.Just as I hit on a company my screen froze. Oh damn! I thought. I want to get this out of the way. I re booted my system. It wouldn't re-boot properly and the screen was filling up with repeated pages of garbage. Oh no I had a virus in my computer. Now I would have to take it to the computer shop today to get it cleaned and repaired.I couldn't afford to wait so I packed it up and drove down to the computer shop.

I explained to the young man that was searching for life insurance online when suddenly the screen froze and it would not re-boot properly. He asked me to leave it with him.

I decided to pop to the library and book into one of their computers so that I could continue my search for life insurance online. I had to search for ages to find the page I was interested in. Then bang, the page froze.I couldn't do anything. I called the assistant over who tried to re- boot it for me, but the same thing happened here as it did at home. I couldn't believe it.

They say things happen for a reason. What on earth reason could be behind this. I went for a coffee in the library. The assistant came over and said whatever happened has affected all the network. Oh my god now I'm to blame for bringing the local library computers down. How embarrassing this is. He asked me to fill in an Internet security form detailing the steps I Could remember that I went through and the pages and names of companies I went through before the computer crashed.

I filledformin and apologised profusely.The library assistant reassured me that this sometimes happens and their technology centre started this profiling system to help them identify the source of any problems. He explained that it was nothing personal. He had a lovely way with him. Just something about him.

I was wondering what else would happen if I dare to look for life insurance online again. I was not going to risk it . The young man came over again and asked if I was ok. I said yes and that I would be on my way and try another day.

'Look 'he said ,'if it is something important ,my friend has an Internet cafe. I finish in five minutes for my lunch break ,so I could walk you you there it's just around the corner , I could buy you lunch? '

He had a twinkle in his eye and I felt flattered. Everything happens for a reason.
